Or what to do when you hit the wall
It finally happened. I’ve run out of ideas for writing on Medium. This is a good thing. I anticipated this happening sooner, but the moment I was waiting for had arrived.
Why is this a good thing?
I previously shared that I started writing on Medium to exercise my writing skills and to work on positive writing habits. My goal is to eventually write a novel and I am currently ill-prepared to churn out a feature-length work.
I understood going into this that I had a certain amount of ideas already in my head and that would feed the machine for a while. I have reached the end of my backlog and I’ve written the easy stories that I had to write.
Now that I’ve reached this point, I have to work harder and begin to expand my creativity.
Where do we go from here?
Life experiences and personal interests have inspired the subject matter I’ve covered thus far.
