In my article We Bought a Tesla Part 2, I talk a bit about our experience with driving cross country to pick up our EV. Range anxiety is a thing because you just don't know where you can charge when you're in the hinterlands. Around town? Not so much. We love the thing, but we also recognize it isn't a solution for every situation.
Looking at the tools in the garage, I have 3 shovels and countless hammers. Why? Because no 1 tool fits every job. I think that EV's are great for certain things, but ICE cars still very much have a place.
