My only frustration with the new way of recruiting (or in my case, being recruited) is the lack of transparency as to what companies are digesting when I send a resume. The ads they place are insane - 10 years experience in cloud architecture for an entry level job or something stupid. Rejections "we're sorry you're not qualified" when you check every box. Then you see recruiters on LinkedIn complaining about lack of candidates or this other company trying to hire 200 people for what you do and do well, but they just rejected you. Yes, its better, but no, its not good (at least as a candidate).
