We’ve got a bit chubby over the course of the pandemic. We don’t like how our clothes fit and we don’t like the aches and pains we’ve picked up. Oddly, we haven’t ever really done a diet before and we’re both picky eaters so we were looking for something that fit our needs and something sustainable.
